Thank you for your interest in the Ridges Estates. Our estate lots are located along our new first hole. The tee box for this hole is in three elevations and offers a challenging tee shot. Number one has seven sand traps along it, which makes the golfers really play placement golf. The first hole also boasts a variety of trees including birch, white pines, oaks, and jack pines. These features offer an exceptional view no matter what the season.

The Ridges Estates has all city utilities (water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, curb and gutter). All improvements are now complete. We also are happy to be served by the 24 hour City of Wisconsin Rapids Fire & Police Departments. All city services such as garbage removal, recycling service, and road maintenance are also provided to Ridges Estates residents.

Our maintenance crew is offering an optional lawn care program and snow plowing service for any home owners in the Ridges Estates. Of course golf and fine dining are only a wedge away from your home.
